The Pianist Célimène Daudet is a product of two cultures, French and Haitian. Her playing has been described as “seductive, delicate and full of burning lyricism”. The soloist has released several recordings (Bach, Beethoven, Debussy / Messiaen) and performs on many prestigious stages in Europe and the United States, Russia and China in venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York and Rostov Philharmonics . The great-great-niece of Alphonse Daudet is also the founder of the Haïti Piano Project and created the first classical music festival in Haïti in 2017.
Holder of the certificate of aptitude, she teaches at the Conservatory of the 8th arrondissement of Paris. She regularly gives masterclasses in France (Théâtre du Châtelet, Académie de Nancy) and abroad (Arts school of Rostov on Don, piano academy of Abu Dhabi, Institut Supérieur des Arts de La Havane, Conservatoire Supérieur d'Almaty etc.).
Programme includes
- Frédéric Chopin
- Claude Debussy
- Franz Liszt
The performance will last one hour without intermission.
