Marie-Antoinette Style exhibition at the V&A museum

On 28th January 2026, the Franco-British Society organised a visit to the Marie Antoinette Style exhibition at the V&A. UK's first ever exhibition dedicated to the life of French queen Marie Antoinette.

Members had the privilege to hear a short introduction by curator Dr. Alice Minter before the doors opened to the public, This was followed by a free-roam tour of the exhibition. 

We would like to thank the V&A for arranging this visit for us. It was a fasciniating experience!
